Great boat. Great food. Poor service. Horrendous Guest Relations.

The boat is great. New, lots to offer. Big fan of the gym, water slides and ropes course.

"Freestyle cruising" is a mixed blessing. It means a lot more up-selling and lower quality service as you don't build a relationship with a consistent food service team... and they're not working much harder for extra tips.

Finally, I had a minor issue which gave me exposure to the NCL guest relations team. Their guest relations is the worst. I have tried 7 times to resolve this minor issue, and they simply refuse to respond.

Port Reviews

Miami

Let's be honest, the embarkation process isn't very glamorous.

St. Thomas

I got off the boat to walk around. The St. Thomas port was not great, so I got back on the boat and enjoyed having the space to myself.

Tortola

Didn't get off the boat.

Nassau

Nassau has a great little town square for shopping. I really enjoyed picking up souvenirs here and free wifi at a coffee shop.
