The good first: cabin was roomy and very clean and the bed comfortable. Guest services desk very helpful. Embarked and disembarked smoothly. The food was very good. We took a behind the scenes tour of the galley and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen and the quality of the food prep. The bad: with the exception of our server in the dining room and our room steward, service on the ship was middling to poor. The ship was horribly crowded. There is no room to move on sea days. Forget about getting in the pool. Every time you turn around someone is trying to sell you something. If you like the mall on Black Friday or the beach on the Fourth of July this is the place for you, I guess. Also - we paid a lot for a balcony because I enjoy nothing more than sitting on my balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee. This was ruined by the fellow passengers smoking on the balcony below. They're not supposed to do that but there's no enforcement. Yuck. We had a short cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas last year that was relaxing and uncrowded, but that was a smaller ship. You couldn't pay me to get on a Royal Caribbean cruise again.
Nice, comfortable. Good service. They need to enforce the no smoking on the balcony rules though.
Best day of the cruise. So relaxing. Beautiful spot.
