This is the first NCL cruise I have taken in more than 30 years (with my first wife). My second wife and I were surprised and pleased with so many things aboard, we booked two future cruises with the CruiseNext staff. Among the Pros:

1) Management was exceptional throughout the cruise, from the Meet & Greet to remembering and acknowledging us during the week, helping us on a couple of minor issues, and even wishing us safe travels as we disembarked in June 11. Captain Pelle was extremely gracious and spent time to tell us about his family and travels, along with making recommendations on what we should see on our visit to Stockholm this coming August.

2) Staff has been with the line for many years, and I shared memories with one of the restaurant staff going back to when the Kloster family was involved in the company. Read more
