The cruise was pretty good, overall.

The ship was clean and the crew was top-notch, as usual. Any ship that has 2 Red Frog Rum bars on it aces in my book. The Blue Iguana made a pretty tasty burrito and Fish and Chips was not bad. Dinner in the main dining room was very good every night. The chef really outdid himself.

I really enjoy Carnival for the atmosphere and can credit a majority of that feeling to the crew. The performers were entertaining. The shows that I did manage to catch were very appealing, but there was not a lot of variety. It was mainly dance numbers. There were 4 comedians on during the week. (2 at the beginning of the week, 2 at the end) Only Cowboy Bill really stood out. Roger, in the piano bar, was extremely talented and a great performer. I found myself returning there for several nights.

Port Reviews

Belize City

We just hit the port and did some shopping. We took a city tour of Belize City. It was not my favorite port. This perception could change if I had gotten a chance to take an excursion
