Wanted to take my family to Bermuda. Normally go with Carnival or NCL. Took 11 year old son, Wife, Parents and Aunt and Uncle to try out Celebrity. They ran a great offer that included gratuities, drinks and onboard credit. Took five trips to Concierge class office to make them stop adding gratuities to the bill. One of the Perks should have been free oxygen tanks because the average age on the boat was 70 plus. Everything was geared toward the elderly, from the $50 a pop bingo through the pools closing at eight o'clock. There was nothing for kids to do other than drop them off at babysitting which included letting nine to eleven year olds run around the ship unsupervised. Soon as I saw that, any consideration of trying it went out the window. Room attendant refused to make towel animals until I bribed him. Also would not remove stuff out of fridge so I could put water in it, said he was not allowed. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE was our waiters Billy and Poncho. They were rockstars. Bermuda was nice and the people were great. Highly suggest going to Hamilton on Wednesday night for the parade, but unless you are ancient, choose another line to visit the Island.

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Small compared to other cruise lines balcony rooms. With pull out couch open, could not access vanity or veranda.
