Our large family of 10 chose this ship mainly because the dates worked for everyone and was in our price range. We had a lovely time on our cruise. However, I would have to say that 4 days to Nassau and Coco Cay was plenty. The staff was exceptional. Very polite, friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate anything we needed. The food in the Starlight Dining Room was wonderful served by excellent staff. The Majesty of the Seas is a smaller ship, but we were still shocked to discover that there was one small pool and 4 small hot tubs on the ship. Keep in mind this ship sails to the Bahamas and the weather was very hot for ONE small sized pool. The entertainment was a mixed bag. A few shows were good, but overall the shows were incredibly cheesy. The 70's show was simply painful. The dancers put a great amount of effort into the show but it was the same thing over and over again. LOUD 70s music, same dance steps. Majesty, you have got to do better in this department. The main activities aboard this ship are: drink, gamble and spend your money in our shops. I felt there could have been some more activities offered that did not involve spending more money. We actually enjoyed our days OFF the ship more than on the ship. We had a great day at Coco Cay (we loved snorkeling and jet skiing). While we found Nassau interesting (our first time there), we feel that now we have "been there and done that". We took Royal Carribean's shore excursion that was part Catamaran tour/Bus tour. I was surprised at how run down Nassau appeared unless you were around the Atlantis property. Overall, we enjoyed our cruise, but would choose a different ship and destination next time.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

We had an interior room with no window. Frustratingly tight, small and crowded. No frills. The basics. However, it was clean.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Our check in process went smoothly and efficiently. No complaints.
