This was our first cruise and last! We paid extra to have our own balcony and were very grateful for that. When we arrived in our room the bedding hadn't been changed and there was traces of mascara on the pillow cases, this was eventually sorted out but this was only the beginning! The cabin was very noisy, the air con was very loud and kept us awake at night and also the wardrobe doors rattled constantly all night. On a positive note

the food was very good and we had no complaints there, also the staff were brilliant and very helpful, I have read a lot of complaints about the drinks package but we found it perfectly adequate.

Unfortunately there were always queues to be seated at the restaurant at night which was frustrating, sometimes we would have liked a table for two but this was impossible. The excursions were overpriced so we made our own way around. Read more
