Nice ship. All the food venues were quite good. Buffet had a good selection at every meal. MDR was OK but slow service. Hamburger joint on board was outstanding on the rear sun deck with good burgers and yummy fries. Coffee house in the library was a relaxing place to get away. All services were well above average. Decor was adult throughout the ship as most of the guest tend to be over 50 on HAL cruises. Easy embarkation with a speed line for suite guests and debarkation was a breeze. Make sure you snag a porter right away or you end up schlepping your own luggage through customs...there did not seem to be very many porters for the amount of passengers that wanted them. Neptune lounge was extremely nice with food and drink available all day. Concierge was helpful and knowledgable. Ports were interesting and the main reason we took this cruise was whale watching in Grand Turk and shopping in St Thomas. Looking forward to our next cruise in July 2016 on Amsterdam to Alaska and next February on Ziederdam.

Cabin Review

Neptune Deluxe Verandah Suite

Cabin SA

Very nice cabin. About 500sf in total with a big balcony with premium furniture. Bathroom had double sinks, soaking tub, separate shower, commode and bidet. Room had lots of closet space and a small table with three chairs for dining. An "L" shaped couch that made up into a queen bed if requested. The king bed was comfortable enough and a small TV was on the desk that looked out of one of the windows. Room attendants (Gumy and Didit, yup that was their names) kept the room in good order and always left extra ice per our request on Day One.
