We booked this cruise last minute as we were one of the parties cancelled on the Royal Empress of the Seas, we were cancelled for the second time, our first sailing was April 1th, So after already asking to swich vacation time at work, airline tickets and hotel could not change the dates. We traveled with another couple, late 50's no kids.

We arrived at the port of miami at the designated time, we had to wait in line for about 45 minutes just to get through the security scanners. Once upstairs we checked in and where given a boarding number. People we met sitting waiting to board paid for faster to the fun. And they wanted us to tell them how much later we got on compaired to there faster to the fun.... It was exactly 28 minutes.

We stayed in Oceanview rooms and they where not bad. Clean comfortable, nice bathroom. Only saw the room stewart a couple of times, he was good. Had better. Read more
