We did this crossing previously with friends to Southampton and throughly enjoyed it. As a result of us talking about it, we had another group of friends who wanted to take the Queen on to Hamburg, Germany. Just wish the embarkation was from NY's Westside piersrather than Brooklyn, which would be much easier to get to. Also the process when arriving can be a little confusing, but Cunard does quickly sort through crowd and moves things along.
Very pleased with our cabin stewart who anticipated our every needs through out the crossing. These were a number of speakers, but would like to have seen more along with a more diverse offering of subjects. The liabrary was a wonderful place to get away and enjoy books along with very nice views looking forward. One couldn't beat the Commidore Club for pre dinner cocktails with friends to review the day's activities.
The Princess Grill staff was excellent! However more consistently with the food quality would be nice to see.
Extremely well laid out cabin with a very comfortable king bed, more than adequate closet space, nice size bathroom, large balcony and space to store four large and 2 small suitcases out of the way! Only wish there was a larger screen TV which we were told was being added during the current refit.
