Sail Date: May 2016
Cabin: Family Mini-Suite with Balcony
Traveled with children

This was our fourth cruise, first with NCL, having previously been with Costa and MSC.

Food was far superior with NCL, both the buffet and main dining rooms. Service was on par or better but there were some rude bar tenders that spoilt the atmosphere for others around the pool bar. Continental room service breakfast had very little to choose from and always arrived before time!

We were a little disappointed with the entertainment set up, would have preferred one big show a night but Priscilla was very good.

Cabin Review

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M2

Cabin was clean and spacious. M2 family mini suite. I think the term mini suite is misleading as there are zero suite benefits, I think it should be renamed superior or deluxe balcony cabin to avoid confusion. The fourth bed was always lowered when we went to dinner and raised when at breakfast, never had to ask. Plenty of room to get past the fourth bed even for us larger folk! The kids loved a bed in the sky!

Port Reviews

Naples

Did our own thing, tube then train to Herculaneum.

Only takes 30min in total from port, cheap and easy.

Pre booked a coach with Citysightseeing for Pisa. Good day out.

Cannes

Tender boat and experience. Fantastic little town to walk around and explore. Lots of very ris

Marseille

Like a lot of people, we had a day on the boat!

Rome (Civitavecchia)

DId Rome last year, kids tired this year so spent day in kids club. Wife and I had a walk around port town, nice beach.
