Went to the Baltics 2 years ago and loved it so wanted to go back. The NCL Star is a lovely ship . Couldn't fault it at all. We had an overnight stay in Copenhagen before embarkation. Copenhagen is a beautiful city and very easy to get around. Embarkation was very quick and in no time at all my wife and I were enjoying a drink in one of the bars. We had an outside cabin that was very good with plenty of storage space. There were two main dining rooms , a buffet cafe, several speciality restaurants , also a pub style eaterie. The service in all was good , sometimes a little slow on sea days. Entertainment was first class the musicians excellent. There was plenty of things to do on sea days or if you decided to stay on board instead of going on an excursion . We found some of the excursions expensive, but you could do many yourself. Copenhagen ,Berlin, Tallin, St.Petersburg,Helsinki and Stockholm are well worth visiting .
