We arrived in Rome four days prior to sailing. We toured Rome, the Vatican and Tivoli. Our embarkation was very smooth and efficient. The ship was lovely...pristine and well equipped. Our cabin was very nice with a comfortable bed and ample space. Dining was good. We had breakfast in the cafeteria...lots of variety. Our lunch was usually in port. Dinner was in the dining room. Staff were courteous and meals enjoyable. Entertainment was a variety of shows. There were an assortment of daily activities to keep us busy on days at sea. The ports were all very exciting. Santorini was breathtaking , Kusadasi and Athens very interesting. We planned many shore excursions on our own based on recommendations from friends. Ten days went very quickly. This cruise would be recommended for adults, those who are interested in visiting old world, historical sites or a romantic escape. Would go on this cruise again.
