The cruise itinerary was wonderful and the ship was beautiful and well maintained. However, we found the main dining room food to be "hit or miss"! Many times we found the cafeteria food to be better quality and tastier. The shows were good but only one was spectacular and that was the "Tenors of Rock". They were AMAZING!!!
Our one major complaint was the lack of communication between the ship excursion staff and the guests. We were in Le Havre during the flooding devastation in Paris. CNN was covering all the closings of museums and places of interest, yet the excursion staff never let any of the guests know the problems and continued to encourage everyone to go on the tours, even though many guests encountered less than adequate comfort and viewing opportunities during their tours. We were not scheduled to go with a ship's tour, and when we asked for information about what we might expect in Paris the staff was very vague. Based on CNN information we decided NOT to go to Paris and were very glad we didn't.
The castle was a great tour.
Private tours of Honfleur and Normandy were wonderful.
Beautiful and vibrant city.
The Beatles Experience is definitely worth the trip for a "baby boomer".
Guiness, need I say more!!!!!!
Beautiful city with very friendly locals.
Loved it!
Spent another 4 days here AFTER the cruise. Great city!!!!!!
