Traveled with children

Terrible customer service. Had to line up in huge lines for food everyday, lines for kids club (waited about 45 minutes the first day and they tried to pass me someone else's child to pick up). My Children hated the kids club, they barely interact with the children. Terrible food and not much variety. I will never go on another cruise again. We paid for a suite which was quite expensive and wouldn't say the trip was worth it.

Didn't cater for my Gluten Free child, I ended up having to walk back and forth between the restaurant and buffet to ask someone to cook my child something GF and every time they passed it off to someone else and said we cant do that for you.

We disembarked at port villa and flew home as the customer service, food and overall state of the boat was terrible.

Cabin Review

Ocean Suite Quad

Cabin O4

We had a suite which was still quite small but not as bad as a normal stateroom.
