Just got back from sailing on the MSC Divina out of Miami with friends.
Strange that the reviews we read before sailing were quite different than our experience.
All the staff, from our room maid, bartenders, waitstaff and wait staff were excellent, far better than the last cruise we had on Royal Caribbean where service was HORRIBLE.

No Q tips or hand soap, just pump dispenser.
Shower leaked and was not closing tight
