A couple of things to check if you sail the Star Princess:

The hot tubs need replacing. Half the time the water was tepid. The controls on many of them did not operate properly--you'd press to get the jets going and they'd turn off a couple of minutes later. They're looking worn, too.

Also, the on-deck movies were really not appropriate for the passenger demographic, which was mostly middle aged and older. Bon Jovi, really? I'd often walk out on deck and hear raucous rock and roll and couldn't wait to get away. Classic rock would have been a better choice. Read more
