Our 5 day cruise out of Charleston , SC on the Carnival Ecstasy was so much fun. We had great weather. The ship is a smaller class but was clean and comfortable. Crew was very nice. Food was great. We only had dinner in the main dinning room once the rest of the time was the Lido bar and to be honest the lido food is just as good as the main dinning room,

Port of Charleston is very easy to navigate. Embark and debark was very simple. The staff inn port for embark were very friendly and helpful . THe only issue we had was during debark and that was with the porters who load you luggage in the shuttle to the parking garage. They removed a luggage buddy from my luggage, i questioned why they were doing that and was told just to get on the shuttle the luggage buddy would be with my luggage. Well guess what it wasn't and the trailer & shuttle sat for another 5 min before puling away and the porters refused to open the trailer so we could see if it was still laying inside. It really confused us to why they wouldn't open the trailer and look.
