Sail Date: Jun 2016
Cabin: Aqua Class

We upgraded to Aqua Class but were surprised that the stateroom was smaller than expected and the veranda was very small. Cabin 1128 leaked rainwater inside on two separate storm occasions and the sliding door to the veranda could only be opened by lifting up on the door using the handle. My wife couldn't open it. After several days the door was fixed. Since it did not rain again, we don't know if the leak was resolved. Guest Relations, after multiple explanations and complaints, finally offered to "send something to the room." That was rejected. On the last day they offered $800 as a credit for the next cruise which was accepted. On disembarkation morning, however, the certificates for future cruise credit were actually for $300.

Otherwise, the cabin attendants were great, food service at Blu was great, and the cruise food and service was great overall. The shows were all entertaining.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Cabin leaked rainwater during storms. Was never fixed. Door to veranda was difficult to open and only fixed toward end of cruise. Aqua Class cabin and veranda were smaller than anticipated based on prior Celebrity veranda cabins.
