We wanted to go to Hawaii with family. We enjoyed the itinerary very much. But the service in the main dining rooms was not good. The person showing us to our table couldn't find that table number and the server at breakfast brought the wrong breakfast item. The service in the special 24 hour dining room was extremely slow. The 24 hour dining room is themed like a diner but even the non alcoholic milkshakes are an extra charge. The first day the 1st stall in the restroom by the lobby was out of order. The second day the 2nd to the left stall was out of order. The 3rd day the stall all the way to the right was out of order.

Our cabin was clean and nicely furnished and the food in East meets West was the best I had on the cruise. The first night I had on open toed shoes and a person coming into the main theater after the show started stomped on my toe with her high heel. It was bleeding so I asked an employee where I could get a bandage and he sent me to guest services in the lobby. Guess it's a good thing the blood was on the top of my foot so I didn't bleed down the hallway. One morning the toilet in one of the public restrooms was completely filthy and I told the person at guest services that they might want to send someone in there and she didn't care.

We kept saying "on Disney this wouldn't happen". For our next cruise we're going back to Disney. We were told when we booked we would have a credit of $75 per person per port for shore excursions and on board they said $75 per stateroom. They automatically charge your tips to the stateroom and if you want to decrease it (which I did for the service in the restaurants) they tell you you have to fill out a form and email it after the cruise. No way did I want to deal with this after I got off when they had screwed up everything else so far so I put my foot down and said no, you credit my account now. It was fun to string orchids and make leis for ourselves.
