New ship high expectations very disappointing cabin set out was good but no basic amenities supplied flat screen tv with basic repeat movies, movie channel available at a cost not enough activities available very boring when at sea for 7 days. Shore excursions where a complete shamble with no organization left at the peer in the heat no cover or water supplied or available (Oman). Food on ship was excellent except when coming to the end of the cruise they did not restock with fresh items shops where high end market no basic sundries shop at all. Entertainment had some good performers but trying to get a seat for a show was very difficult. Playing card with family out side 270 and others doing the same at 9pm crew came turned lights off and walked away very rude...

I have sailed a number of ships before 2 prior with royal Caribbean would sale on there smaller ships again but never with ovation again
