Sail Date: May 2016

This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean (Navigator of the Seas), though we have been on several cruises before with different companies. On this occasion we did the France, Spain and Portugal, 9-night trip.

Overall, the cruise was a lovely experience, mainly because of the great service from every member of staff, though this is a common trait with all cruises we've done.

We met some lovely, genuine and sincere people but we also met the usual contingent of pretentious 50 pence-millionaires, who were quite good for entertainment value.

Port Reviews

La Coruna

Torrential rain didn't spoil our stroll around this pretty city, with good shops and pleasant staff. Not much open before 10.0am but worth the trip.

Vigo

Some decent shops close to docking area and a pleasant city.

Southampton

This city is ok for visiting for cruises but be very careful where you park. It has been ruined by the scum who call themselves Parkingeye. I would never visit this city for leisure because of this dross.

Look at reviews of Town Quay in Southampton for more information. Shame on the City Council or any business that allows this robbery.
