From the start the on boarding was smooth and due to it being staggered times it was so easy. Our room was wonderful and the beds were comfy, the bars and little nooks for sitting and grabbing a cocktail or to read were well thought out.
The food was terrible though I am so sorry to say..it was cold and not really edible, the other restaurants were all fully booked within hours and therefore stuck with the Waterfront and the Pantry and because you are at sea it's a bit hard to go elsewhere. I felt sorry for the waiters as they had to deal with quite a lot of complaints. Please take heed and sort the food and I think you will have a fab cruise liner and a returning customer for sure.
Perhaps have a bit more entertainment going on but that's being a little picky.

Rooms were fabulous only slight complaint was the dirty glasses in the bathroom and rusty taps from the shower water...I think a more senior couple would struggle getting into the bath to have a shower...but on a positive note beds really comfy...rooms clean and a sofa in the room fab :)
