We have just arrived home to Australia from a River Cruise with Scenic Ruby from Budapest to Amsterdam. Our experience with Scenic has been nothing less than excellent. From the moment we landed in Budapest to the moment we left the ship in Amsterdam we were treated like royalty by the very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff of Scenic Ruby. Our rooms were spotlessly clean at all times, the food choices were amazing, the waiters were always friendly, our private butler, Pritish, was wonderful and our housekeeper, Gerry, always had our room gleaming. The Cruise Director, Titiana, was the main success of our cruise. Always helpful, knowledgeable, funny and completely professional, Titiana perfectly organised every off-board excursion without a hitch. Coaches were always on time and every excursion was a delight. Other than the usual beautiful meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we were also treated to two special dining experiences on board the ship ..... La Rive and Portabellos, both dinners beautifully presented and superbly delicious. We do not have one complaint about our wonderful trip and will certainly be travelling with Scenic again in the future. Thank you Scenic Ruby for the wonderful memories we now have of Europe.
