I went with Holland America because I had never cruised with them and had been told they were the best. Well if this cruise is any indication of the customer service that Holland offers, it will certainly be my last cruise with them.
The pickup at the airport was not as smooth as you would expect, with them herding people into lines with no place to sit or really get out of the weather. There were long waits and we finally boarded a bus that had been there for the entire time we had waited.
The embarkation at the cruise terminal went smooth and was fine.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom
the cabin was spacious with a full bathroom and a shower tub. It had a nice balcony that we enjoyed the entire cruise.

Glacier Bay
It was interesting to see the glaciers. It was even better with a balcony to watch from.

Only a three just because we were really late to the port and only had two hours to explore.
