First time cruiser. Family - parents in 50's - 4 kids age 16-27. Both parents travel frequently and have high expectations for accommodations, dining and how we spend our time. This cruise exceeded all those expectations.

Booking agent was outstanding. Embarkation was easy. Ship and room outstanding. We did have some booking issues with the website being down a lot and communication issues, but staff remained friendly and professional, even through our initial frustration. They upgraded our cabin from a balconyX to an aft balcony. Great move because it showed good customer service and when we book again - we will always pay the premium for the aft balcony!

Stateroom was much larger than expected based on what we had heard from others. Very nicely appointed and quite comfortable. Large bathroom and balcony.

Aft-facing Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

We had 12310 and 12312. Excellent rooms and great location. Halfway between 678 and activities sport activities on top of ship. Close enough to do the stairs when the elevators were crowded.
