We sailed on the Eurodam May 18, 2016 out of Venice. We went early and stayed in Venice for two nights at the Hotel Ala, which we would highly recommend. Small hotel with excellent location and nice breakfast. Venice is a wonderful city with lots to see.
We boarded the Eurodam with no lines and enjoyed the ship for hours before sailing. Our luggage arrived in our room before dinner. Our cabin was very nice with the largest bathroom we have had on any cruise lines. We had a verandah room on level 5. We joined the spa pool and facilities as a couple for 299.00 for the cruise. We had onboard credits from our travel agent that almost covered it. We loved the spa facility and used it daily...well worth the money.
The food in the Lido was very good. Many varieties for breakfast and lunch. We had dinner in the dining room. Food was ok....nothing special. We did enjoy our dinner in the Pinnacle Grill.....excellent. All staff was exceptional. Service was over and above in our cabin and in bars and restaurants. We had a complimentary drink package which was great. Entertainment was average. We did like Emily and Klayton on the piano in the Billboard Lounge.
Comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV with ample viewing options, shower and tub. good storage and balcony.
