Sail Date: May 2016
Cabin: Penthouse with Large Balcony
Traveled with children

We upgraded the day before we cruised to a suite with a large balcony. Stayed in 13510; what an amazing room. There were three of us, which included our teenage daughter. The space was worth the extra money. There were plenty of drawers and hanging space for our stuff. The balcony was very large. There was a table, 4 chairs and two loungers. We ate breakfast on our balcany almost every morning. It was on the port side and had AMAZING views. Every day we said our balcony was worth the money for the upgrade. Our butler (yes butler - Peter, for the first time ever) and room steward (Bernardo) were excellant.

As a matter of fact every employee we encountered (excluding one tired and rude waiter) was excellent!! We also enjoyed the "washie washie" lady who attempted to make you dance to go into the buffet. The NCL excursions were well planned and beautiful; but crowded. The luau is the only thing that I think could have been handled better. It was uncomfortably over-crowded. After the luau we waited over an hour to get on the bus to return to the ship. That being said, the cruise over-all was excellent! The ship was clean and well maintained with courteous employees.
