This was our 9th cruise, so feel we do have a bit to compare this line with.We were told that this line was better than Princess ,but NO NO NO. Embarkation in Sydney was fine but then it all started. Not one of the requests made when we booked were honored, for example our dining table,we were told that was it and could not move us.It was also a celebration for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we are still waiting for any comment to be made by them. Or cabin girl was her first trip having just got on the ship in Sydney, and she needs to be trained again. No bed turned back at night until we asked for it,no toilet rolls untilwe asked, free toiletries what a joke so glad we took our own, if this is what they offer free they should remember we do like quality. Good to have a kettle in the cabin made a nice change.Disgracfull that there are no laundry facilities onboard as they are just making a massive profit on the laundry and the average person cannot afford $26.00AU for 2shorts &2tops to be washed and then had to be sent back as they were not ironed properly, and my husbands shirt was sent back ripped. We had a disabled cabin as i cant walk long distance and use a wheelchair, and it was very good in size but no closet space,or drawers only bedside drawers. Dining room food and service was very good and we had the best girls and also nice people on our table which really helped to make our nights at dinner very enjoyable, as the cost of the wine nearly choked us. We have the best wine in the world and they sell us this wine and charge us $37AU bottle and that was on a package, and why should we not have a drink with dinner this part of the evening. The ship was very clean but very worn on the outside. When sitting in the tenders we could see all the rust marks being covered up with the daily paint.

The ports were a joke taken to a place in Brisbane 30 mins drive from the city, when we were told it was in Hamilton,3 hours in to get off in Cairns(very rough water lots o people sick on the tenders) and then we were another 25mins from Cairns as we docked at honored Knob, what a joke.We were left standing in the blazing sun 38deg waiting for a tender fro 45mins at Exmouth as they were only running 2 tenders. The maps they gave us were so old they even had average building on itin Cairns which has not been there for about 10-12years, when we told them at the shore ex office they told us they did not know as they had not been there before which was another lie as they did Cairns in Nov 2008.All we were told all the time was that everyting was done in Miami. The staff on board should have the that to fix issues on the package all i can say is that we Assies expect better than this. The ship ran out of english breakfast tea bags, ice cream, lemonade,no pinapple or tropical juice, and v8,just to offer apple or orange on a so called 5 star ship is not good enough.

The guest entertainers were very good ,but the dancers and singers on the ship were the worst we have ever seen, and only did 3 shows in 17 nights (thank goodness).
