For background my wife and I are seniors and have enjoyed 14 cruises on the following lines:Carnival, Holland America, NCL, Princess and RCL.

This time we choose the 9 night NCL Star Baltic Capitals cruise for the itinerary and the ease of flying. We flew "Norwegian Air" direct from Ft. Lauderdale to Copenhagen on their new "Dreamliner", what a great plane and staff. Spent one night in Copenhagen at Best Western Hotel City...highly recommended. Rather than getting wordy, and to benefit your reading ease, I have graded our cruise ship experience as follows:

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BB

10676 everything in this Balcony cabin was fine. However, sufficient ice for in room drinks between 4PM and turn down time was lacking. Problem is the cabin steward fills the ice bucket when they make up the cabin around 9AM and it sits on top of the fridge where the air is warm and by 4PM it is mostly melted. A call to room service resulted in ice being delivered in about 20 minutes.

Port Reviews

Tallinn

Nice town with lots to see. Ate lunch at Little Piggy Inn. Nice experience.
