Starting with dining ... The best meal we had was in Le Bistro on our last night. Food was very good, wait staff was excellent, especially Carl. The Garden Cafe was very well run and the food was usually good. We had breakfast there every day and there were several handicapped reserved areas. Moderno was also good quality food and service. We did not have any good meals at Magenta. The food was adequate at best and several meals were sent back each night due to temperature or quality. Cagney's was abysmal, especially as one has to pay extra to eat there. O'Sheeans food was average, however the wait staff was not at all pleasant! We were unable to go to Grand Pacific as there was no obvious wheel chair access. Free Style seems to mean that one has to make a reservation at 'any' eatery even if not specialty dining. We were unable to make reservations at Orchid as all were full every day. In general, the bar staffs were friendly and helpful at all the areas though it was difficult to determine individual bar hours.

We booked one shore excursion, and did not get to go on it as it was 'over-booked' and only 3 of our 7 could have gone. The choice then was do not go on an excursion or go on the last one available. We went on the second excursion, however my father, who travels in a wheelchair, could not get off the bus as the tours were not wheel chair accessible. We were not told that at the beginning.

Our cabins were clean and neat. Our cabin staff, especially Felix, were most pleasant and accommodating.

Cabin B3

A bit small but clean and well taken care of by cabin staff. Felix was always looking to improve service.
