Empress of the sea was not good, long lines for food even with reservation, this is first cruise I lost weight. There was a line for everything the food was like school cafeteria almost the same stuff served in buffet, the eating options not enough, they didn't have icecream who the buck doesn't have that also the icecream machine broke they say but I think the idiots didn't know how to operate, don't get the drink package you will wait online for your drink so you will be ahead not getting the package, just be prepared to make reservation to only wait in line, I'm warning you don't book it.

I know your saying it's just his experience, no everyone complained from showers not working to flooding sewage in room, toilets didn't flush and the AC in room was like a hair drier the casino no AC it was aweful, buffet long line while you wait for some lady to take a lettuce leaf come on move it I'm on vacation, the buffet was like a prison line not at all good, it took 2 hrs to get off the ship what the heck, everything you can think of it was aweful mark my word the worst they should start a new cruise line called (stand in line cruises)

There is always room service if they pickup the phone so that didn't work so hence weight loss ate at the islands but wait there is chops on the boat well all booked up remember only sits 100 plus what about the rest of us we had to fend for ourselves. When you go to islands make sure you eat a lot to hold you over and take medication so your calm waiting in line thinking of the money you spent to go on vacation to wait.
