Having been on the oceana last summer which we enjoyed imensely I was a bit sceptical about recent reviews but have to admit I agree with some of them.yes it's certainly in need of a refit.compared to the Ventura we prefer the oceana.i have 3 main greviences,firstly

On sea days they broadcast that under no circumstances you should reserve sun beds with towels.they would be removed by staff.not true. there is enough to go around.this is not true!we did not see any removed at all.we even heard they put towels on beds at 6.00am then go back to bed!when is this selfish attitude going to stop?unfortunatly I don't know the answer?or does anyone?.

secondly the plumbing department.the pools closed in the mornings,women's toilets out of order.on 4 occasions cabin toilets not flushing. Read more
