I did a 5 day Bermuda Cruise from Cape Liberty in Bayonne NJ in May 2016. We had a group of 30 people celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. Overall I had a good time, because I enjoyed spending with my family, however there were some issue I think that could have been better. The ship was nice, had some very cool features. The Northstar, iFly, Rock Climbing wall, Seaplex/Sportsplex and Flo-rider were all very fun and great experiences on the ship. I really appreciated the hand washing stations and hand sanitizer stations.

The food was just average, I wasn't wowed by any of the food. There wasn't enough late night eating options. Room service was a joke, half of the items on the menu cost additional and you were charged a room service delivery fee after a certain time. My cabin was nice and clean, I wish I had bottled water in my room. I've never stayed somewhere and didn't have bottled water restocked in my room daily. You also have to at least have the Royal Replenish drink package to get bottled water, otherwise you must pay for bottled water. We had issues with our drink packages ever day, we paid for 3 soda packages and 2 Royal Replenish packages, we were never given the coke sticker on our sea pass cards and were told every day that we didn't have a package. We ended up being reimbursed for the packages.

The kids camp was more like a kids prison. The kids camp was tucked away in a corner of the ship, I expected the kids camp to take the kids to the age appropriate activities on the ship like roller skating, bumper cars etc..so I could enjoy some me time. Well that didn't happen, my 2 kids only went to the kids camp the very 1st night. The shows were average at best, I went to sleep on all 3 shows. The Solarium adult sun deck was very nice. My only issue were people bringing their kids in there. The staff should ensure kids are not allowed to come in. If I've gone to the solarium I'm trying to get away from kids, so I don't want to look over and see someone else with their kids making noise.
