Sail Date: Jan 2016

This was our second NCL cruise (we have been on several other lines). In general, my husband enjoys the smaller ships more and I can go either way. This was a very different trip for us as we were a family (DH, me and our three 19-29 year olds and their SOs) of 8 in two inside cabins. We typically sail in mini-suites or balconies so it was a change but this ship does not have any outside rooms/balconies that fit four.

We like Port Canaveral. Embarkation was very smooth. We had one silver and two bronze latitude members and that helped to move us to a shorter line. We had labelled the water cases only to be told to carry them on so that was the only minor inconvenience other than some mix up with my stepdaughter's sail and sign but it was fixed in 10 minutes or so.

With many real wood details and Asian touches, this is a beautiful ship. No, it is not new and big and glitzy, but it has some very nice spots.
