This was my 4th cruise, and my first time visiting Alaska. I've wanted to visit Alaska since my wife introduced me to cruising several years ago as I prefer the cold. Overall, it hasn't been my favorite cruse I've ever taken, but was a positive experience overall.

Embarkation and Disembarkation:

Because the entire group I was traveling with all has Faster to the Fun, we were able to bypass all of the lines and embarkation was extremely easy. The porters were so fast, I actually had to sprint to catch up to them and give them their tips. Although we bypassed the lines, they appeared to be moving at a decent pace, and I've seen much longer and slower lines in other ports (Fort Laudable being the worst) Getting off the ship at the end was just as easy.
