We liked that one of the port of calls went to Aruba. The boat it self you could tell needed repairs. The main dining room was the best experience ever, our server Chandan Das and the assistant server Shelton treated us to the best customer experience we have ever experienced in our life. The stateroom attendant Richard Montinola was also very professional and was on top as far as making sure our room was well kept. Boarding the ship was a complete nightmare, waiting in a long line in the rain for close to 2 hours. It was very unorganized and people were standing around for hours. Disembarkation went some-what smoother. If we went on Royal Caribbean again we would not choose this ship. I feel what others should know is that if you got great customer service, these people should be acknowledged. They work hard every day on the ship and are away from their families for months at a time. Great customer service guys keep up the good work.
Our stateroom attendant was on top of everything and very friendly. Richard Montinola was the best! Also in the main dining room our server Chandan Das was excellent and so was Shelton the assistant server. All 3 of these gentlemen know customer service and give the best service ever.
