After reading reviews and taking the suggestion of a travel agent we booked this cruise. We were not disappointed. I believe that the crew members were all very helpful, courteous and pleased to assist. Many different dining choices, we only did the buffet twice - nice selection but not always easy to find seating. I'm not much for large crowds of people. During off hours it was nice to go up for a snack and a cup of tea. Wonderful view from the Garden buffet area. As we went in May - it was a bit chilly to stay out on deck for sightseeing, but sooo worth it. Alaska's scenery is glorious. Entertainment in the evening, was better than expected. The magician was comedy and a show. We didn't really experience a con to our cruise. My only wish would be to have the ability to take a pot of hot water and some cups to our stateroom to have a cup a tea at our leisure.

It was larger than expected and always clean. Our steward was great.
