What is this a photo of? What is happening in this photo? Please elaborate.
When we docked at Bergen it was Norway's National Day when everyone dresses up in their costumes. There is a very big parade and lots of activities. Couldn't have asked for a better day to arrive

Chose this cruise on price and local embarkation (Hull). The small ship (only 800 passengers) suited my age range and the fact no children allowed suited me and my husband. I have been on much more expensive and larger ships but found the Marco Polo more intimate. Cabin small but adequate, cabin staff very friendly and attentive. Dining very wide choice 5 course evening meal which was good value for what we paid, service was great. Facilitates adequate for my age group, attended craft sessions which passed the time whilst sailing with friendly instructors. Evening entertainment was average on the nights we attended. I went to Norway to see the fjords, my husband and I were not disappointed, scenery was awesome. Organised excursions were not cheap but this did not put me off and was not disappointed. We would certainly go again but would not pay the extra for higher grade outside cabin as it only consisted of two grubby portholes and had to kneel on bed to look out of.
