Just started cruising again after 22 years. The ships are a lot larger and definitely more luxurious then I remember. This isn't the largest ship but you can get lost at first. Embarkation was a little annoying at fist with the port at Port Everglades. The signage was poor as pier listings only went to pier number 26, the entrance gate guard said we were at number 29, duh, no signs to direct you. Once we were cleared through security check-in the embarkation went smoothly. State room accommodations were a surprise as to layout and roominess with ample closet and storage space. The bathroom was great with shower doors rather than a curtain, not the largest but ok for our small statures in comparison to some tall/large bodies. What surprised me was that the cabin was so sound proof. We never heard anyone in the next door staterooms, unless the balcony doors were open. Our cabin assistant was always there to meet our needs.
There was always something to do if you wanted to with entertainment most anytime and shows in afternoon and evenings. The cruise director Jeffery is just great with a great sense of humour and comedian in his own right! We liked the assigned time and table sitting over the my time dining and having the same servers every night for dinner, I believe we had the best of the lot. Everyone on staff was very courteous and friendly. Disembarking went smooth. Definitely like RCCL, have rebooked to go on the Oasis of the Seas next to try the large ship, but the Navigator is great.
Comfortable and quiet.
Fine for beach goers and younger generations.
