Sail Date: May 2016

When it comes to the cabin steward and Dinner staff this is the best cruise we've been on in years. But you wonder why Carnival does this all the time they just can't get some of the simple things right. Everyone has some precruise questions, but when you call Carnival it doesn't seem to be on their script and of course it's not in the FAQ reading on-line.

When I booked the room I asked for an extension cord and water for my CPAP, I checked on this a week out, then checked again at the embarkment desk, yet it still wasn't there. How hard is it go get a jug of water and extension cord. Additionally, why is there not an electrical plug on the bed side of the room. Nothing like walking around/over an extension cord for a week.

Unlimited soda card. The bar staff everywhere on the boat is continuously hopping. Why do they need to run your sail card and give you a paper receipt ever time. Huge waste of time and paper.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony Aft7 - (Tail water)

Our room steward was excellent. Our room was spotless and we never saw him in the room. I can't say enough how great he kept the room.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Outback Terracross Adventure: Great time but could have been better by changing the lead so every buggy could see something besides someone else's dust. When you are wearing your cool sun glasses and they offer you the googles take the googles or you will regret it, especially is you wear contacts. Also remember to take a bandanna or you will be eating dirt.
