This was our first ever cruise and after reading reviews about the ship we were more than apprehensive about our trip.......well all that apprehension was unfounded......we had the most brilliant time, the ship is absolutely fine, bearing in mind that she is an older ship so bound to be tired in places but that is outshone by the wonderful attentive staff, the fabulous food and the great entertainment......the ship is spotlessly clean with staff working around the clock. What a great way to see the world, waking up to a new port almost everyday, on sea days there was more than enough going on to keep everyone entertained from the very young to the more mature passengers on board. Our cabin was and outside cabin on deck D at the back of the boat directly above the Starlight theatre, we were worried that there would be noise etc.......absolutely nothing, the theatre closed at 11.30pm each evening and we had no noise disturbance at all including from neighbours either side of us during the whole fortnight. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Oceana and this particular cruise to anyone. Well done P&O you surpassed all our expectations.

Cabin Review

Cabin LD Outside Double

Large clean cabin, large comfy bed changed regularly, white fluffy clean towels daily, lots of storage space, coat hangers in abundance, endless supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets, fabulous cruise radio played through the tv with music to suit all tastes, good hairdryer, good quality complimentary toiletries, mirrors everywhere.
