First the negative:

I would have rated this cruise as a 5-Star one, but Seabourn's corporate police allowing smoking in so many places makes it hard to really rate the cruise line positively. They allow smoking on all of the balconies, which make one's use of the balconies hit and miss. Despite a corporate policy against smoking in the cabins, it is almost certainly going on because we could smell smoke in the hallways. There are also a lot of outdoor places that allow smoking, causing one to have to carefully plan their travels through the ship to avoid such places. Want to use the very nice Observation Bar? Don't try it in the evening unless you like smoke. For those who don't like second-hand smoke, make sure you do not reserve a cabin on Deck 10, because they left the Observation Bar door open, and your hallway may be filled with second-hand smoke.

The Food and Beverage on board is inconsistent. We had some really outstanding food, and some pretty terrible food. The service in the restaurants can be dreadfully slow, and it was a rare experience not to have to seek out a waitstaff to refill my water. This should be done routinely, but was rarely offered.
