Just returned from 2 weeks on the independence of the seas from Southampton.......What a RIP OFF!! We have cruised with RCI for the last 10 years and this may well be the last time. It all seems to be about what and how much you can be charged for.....Not only the most expensive drinks at $14 (£10) for 2 bottled Corona lager....$16 (£11.50) for 2 glasses of Zinfandel wine?? Any you got Less than half a glass!

They then have the cheek to add an 18% service charge to every drink bill...For What service Exactly? Queing at the bar fetching our own drinks without a waiter? So beware....

Make sure you take plenty of Dollars in cash if you want to gamble in the Casino Royale..as they will charge you 5% for every cash advance to your Sea pass Account...Also the cash machines on board will cost you $6.50 every withdrawal.
