We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. Embarkation was OK - however even if you are a Latitudes member, ask where all the lines are because we had a mini-suite, and that line was MUCH shorter than the Latitudes line. Also, people need to be a little bit more considerate of those of us traveling with children - with a double stroller it would be nice to be allowed to enter the lines with wheelchairs. Most of the security people were very accommodating, although we did run into a number of "older" people in wheelchairs who practically ran over us! GEE - slow down there! Also the rush to get through the scanners left my infant son on the other side w/out a parent because the "older" people were pushing their way through - thank God a nice security agent saw what was going on and stayed next to the stroller with my son!

Actually getting on the ship was no problem - except again "older" people kept cutting the line to get onboard. Champagne was a nice touch. Once on the ship we went to the Grand Pacific to eat. Food was good and the service was good - very accommodating to the children.

After that we walked around the ship. It's beautiful and nicely laid out. Soon we were able to get into our cabin, and the cabin attendants were very nice and introduced themselves to us and our children. They even "high-fived" our daughter everytime they saw her! They always asked us if we needed anything and were very respectful of our son's nap time in the afternoon.
