The cruise was disappointing. First, they have changed the meeting place for the solo cabins from the beautiful lounge to the Sunset Bar. A big mistake Almost no one showed up, just 3 or 4 travelers.. It was a crowded bar with minimal conversation possible. I sailed on the Escape the previous week where the meetings were in the studio lounge. Many of the solos bonded and did things together. WE had a large group at the farewell dinner. On the Getaway we had no one. I hope NCL reverts back to the meeting in the studio lounge.

The ship was unbelievably crowded everywhere. . I thought I was on Carnival. The music was extremely loud everywhere. The musicians all thought they were playing in a stadium.

It is too bad, because they were really good musicians. The theater was also very loud. I left after a few minutes of the Million Dollar Quartet and the tenors shows.

The cabin is fine for a solo traveler. I only sleep and shower in the cabin. I am always out and about, meeting as many people as I can
