Maiden voyage, so expected some problems, however ship is just too big, no where to sit in bars as capacity to high, food good , but slow, half finished entertainment, very few loos for such a large number of passengers. wont be going on it again!!!! ship was half finished lots of problems with getting into cabin, then faults with balcony divide as not fixed, giving bangs all night to keep us awake, lots of people complaining at guest services meant over an hours wait, very disappointed as this was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean, we had hoped for a memorable trip which we got for all the wrong reasons, JUST TOO BIG A SHIP, only thing was that the weather was as bad. Think that had an impact on opinion about ship, maybe in hotter location ship would work out OK. traveled with my wife daughter and her husband, think they had worse problems, so think R.C. may need to put their tin hat on!!!!
