I have just come back off the Norwegian Epic after taking my elderly father on his first holiday in over 10 years. Disappointed isn't a word I can use strongly enough after the horrendous holiday we have just endured.

We were met by over 3,000 Japanese/Chinese passengers who were totally rude, pushing, shoving, fighting to get into the lifts and nearly knocking my father over.

These people had no regard to any of the remaining passengers on board and overtook all of the restaurants and seating areas the whole time. Read more
