My aunt told me about the cruise to Alaska. This was my 3rd cruise but my first on Princess cruises. I normal cruise on Carnival. I must say it was the worst experience I ever had on a cruise. The staff spoke very little English, they didn't know the ship very well and when I asked for directions they sent me to the wrong place. The staff was rude, the food was awful, the customer service was terrible, they over charged you for everything, the entertainment was horrible and the ship was subpar. I wouldn't recommend this ship to anyone. They cheated me out of money in the casino, over charging my boyfriends credit card my aunts credit card and my credit card. I got sick on cruise because I was served an omelet with peppers in it and I'm allergic to peppers, they then tried to say I had a viruses and they harassed me for three day's. They didn't get me medial attention when I was about to faint. They sent me from the 15th floor to the 4th for medical facility and when I got there it was closed. I didn't hear from anyone in the medical department until later that evening and that's when they began to harass me and insult me. I was treated really bad and their was nothing I could do bout it. It was my boyfriends first cruise and he hated this ship. He almost got into a fight with one of the staff members because they tried to come into our room with out our permission. The whole experience was a nightmare. We plan on getting an attorney and requesting a refund because the ship and the staff failed us and didn't give us what we paid for.

The cabin was decent but we were cramped, we had no sun light in the room and it depressed us.
