If you are full time cruisers, boy do i have some information for you.
We just did a 7 day cruise to alaska, and we got surprised by new policies.
1. You cannot remove the gratuities from your bill, on ship and pay cash like we do. Now you get a form to fill out after you leave ship to e mail to their home office and you might get reimbursed.
